Availability for remote work and specific shifts (Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11:30pm ET or Sunday-Thursday 11am-7:30pm ET) is required.
Care Advocates will provide world-class care to Maven members, assisting them in navigating digital care and accessing tools for optimal experience and outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting introductory video appointments, answering questions about the product, providing personalized recommendations, escalating concerns, navigating members' networks to ensure access to care, coordinating with team members for immediate care access, providing education and resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying referral needs, and addressing social determinants of health.

It offers a wide range of support, including preconception care, fertility preservation, IVF, adoption, surrogacy, and menopause care. The platform connects users with dedicated Care Advocates and utilizes data-driven insights to ensure equitable access to healthcare, regardless of location or background.
