Candidates must have MM/Enterprise Segment exposure and proven ability to manage a large customer set. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for selling SAAS solutions, is required. Demonstrated success in guiding cross-functional teams, forging strong business relationships from IT to the C-Suite, and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. Proven experience using quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify new sales opportunities, the ability to manage accounts and sell solutions, and a flair for technology are necessary. The ability to independently give basic product demos and international sales experience with exposure to NA markets are preferred. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
The Customer Success Account Manager will develop and nurture positive relationships with managers and decision-makers in large accounts, driving revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Adobe's Digital Media solutions. Responsibilities include understanding customer business needs, managing the opportunity pipeline, researching customer contracts, devising customized connect strategies, identifying high propensity segments, planning customer outreach, conducting meetings, and performing outbound prospecting. The role involves engaging customers daily for account reviews, understanding clients' strategic goals to propose tailored solutions, leading negotiations and pricing discussions, serving as a trusted advisor, addressing issues promptly, staying informed about industry trends, and collaborating with Solution Specialists to improve the footprint of Adobe Solution streams. The individual will also act as the voice of the client within the organization.
