The Senior Segment Marketing Manager will own the go-to-market and lifecycle strategies for the R&D segment, focusing on product management, engineering, UX, and design users. This role involves developing personas, messaging, and journey maps, and partnering with Product, Lifecycle, and Sales to create cohesive campaigns. Responsibilities include leading demand generation, thought leadership, and retention initiatives, tracking product usage and engagement for the R&D cohort, and serving as the voice of the segment to influence strategy and product roadmaps.
