Requirements

Responsibilities

The Associate, Customer Engagement will act as a company ambassador by accurately diagnosing service issues and delivering high-quality service through multiple customer contact channels. They will provide equipment service and general customer support, capture customer feedback to drive first call resolution, and utilize effective communication to manage customer expectations. Additionally, they will participate in engagement activities and assist with projects as needed.
