The Associate, Customer Engagement will act as a company ambassador by accurately diagnosing service issues and delivering high-quality service through multiple customer contact channels. They will provide equipment service and general customer support, capture customer feedback to drive first call resolution, and utilize effective communication to manage customer expectations. The role involves researching account history, problem-solving using applicable resources, escalating issues within guidelines, understanding performance metrics, and accessing multiple system applications simultaneously to service customers. Additionally, they will participate in engagement activities and assist with projects as needed.
