Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have 10+ years of experience in technical roles, product management, or strategy. A minimum of 2-5 years of project or people leadership experience is required, along with a demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms. Experience building multiyear product plans, balancing competing priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes, and presenting to executive leadership are essential. Experience leveraging feedback to continuously improve customer experience with demonstrated success is also a requirement. Preferred qualifications include experience leading digital initiatives, Epic systems certification or corresponding experience, an MBA degree, and experience working in matrixed team environments. For remote or hybrid roles, a minimum internet download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required.

Responsibilities

The Technology Solutions Principal devises and executes IT business initiatives, providing strategic advice and guidance to functional teams. They act as a liaison, collaborating with business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions, and work with senior executives to develop and drive enterprise-wide functional strategies. This role involves advising on significant matters across multiple knowledge and functional areas as an advanced subject matter expert. Specifically, the role will lead the development of a comprehensive strategy for leveraging MyChart in new ways to engage members, collaborating with cross-functional teams on roadmap and execution, and partnering with configuration experts to build and customize Humana's MyChart environment.
