Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success, with a proven ability to manage a customer portfolio and meet retention and upsell targets. Excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, strong organizational skills, and comfort in a fast-moving, remote-first environment are essential. Experience with Salesforce and other CRM or customer success tools is required. Bonus points for MarTech or event organizer experience, familiarity with product-led growth, and prior experience in an early-stage or rapidly scaling SaaS company.

Responsibilities

The Customer Expansion Manager will own and grow a portfolio of Hive customers, acting as a strategic partner throughout their lifecycle. This includes leading renewal conversations, negotiating contract terms, ensuring high retention rates, and identifying/closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Responsibilities also involve understanding customer goals to ensure success with Hive's platform, conducting regular account reviews, collaborating with internal teams, and tracking business using CRM tools. Additionally, the role requires sharing customer feedback to influence product development and go-to-market strategy.
