Candidates should possess 8+ years of B2B experience in customer success, account management, sales, or consulting roles within global, high-growth technology companies. Experience with SaaS sales/support models, particularly product-led and consumption-based sales, is required. Demonstrative track record of building executive-level relationships internally and externally, advanced written and verbal communication skills, and proven facilitation capabilities are essential. Project management understanding and experience, along with familiarity with tools like Asana, Tableau, and Salesforce, are preferred.
The Strategic Customer Success Manager will drive customer success, retention, and expansion within Enterprise accounts by providing thought leadership and actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include meeting quarterly retention targets, identifying new use cases and managing projects to successful completion, proactively identifying and escalating account risks, and collaborating with sales on expansion opportunities. The role involves advocating for customers, guiding adoption practices to increase value realization and decrease time-to-value, driving cross-functional programs to grow usage and satisfaction, and meeting touchpoint goals for existing customers. This includes delivering executive presentations, maintaining relationships with key users and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and customer champion, contributing to best practices, and increasing customer executive engagement.
