Requirements

  • Experience with tooling and operations (e.g., build, QA, monitoring)

Responsibilities

  • Own Day 0-60 onboarding and long-term retention flows
  • Run ongoing tests (content, cadence, channel mix) with proper control and holdouts
  • Segment intelligently to personalize journeys
  • Implement save/win-back based on churn signals
  • Partner with Support/Care for escalations
  • Maintain compliance and accuracy in discussions of medications
  • Build, QA, and monitor flows in ESP/SMS/push stack
  • Manage deliverability, suppressions, and attribution hygiene
  • Deliver monthly readouts tying lifecycle lifts to LTV:CAC goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move fast and stay compliant
