The Customer Education Specialist will develop and deliver engaging training materials and resources to help customers effectively utilize Insider's platform. They will create onboarding programs, conduct webinars and workshops, and provide ongoing support to customers through various channels. Additionally, they will gather customer feedback, analyze training effectiveness, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer education experience, while also collaborating with product and sales teams to ensure customer success.
