Requirements

Candidates must have 10 or more years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on enterprise software or data infrastructure. Responsibilities

The VP Product, Core Products will develop and drive the long-term product vision for Aerospike Database and its ecosystem, translating platform goals into an integrated roadmap. Responsibilities include making investment decisions, conducting market analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a portfolio-level view of related products. The role involves prioritizing initiatives, acting as an executive sponsor for key customers, leading and mentoring a team of product managers, defining and tracking KPIs, and partnering with engineering and go-to-market teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
