Requirements

Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts, and demonstrate enthusiasm and interpersonal connection. They should also be self-directed learners with a knack for analytical problem-solving, capable of prioritizing effectively and managing multiple projects simultaneously, as well as being organized, methodical, and detail-oriented. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience delivering training is required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Trainer, the individual will deliver engaging training sessions in various formats, including live virtual sessions, in-person workshops, and recorded/asynchronous sessions, tailored to diverse skill levels. They will work closely with customers to understand their needs and data sets, adapting content accordingly, and master Amplitude’s product suite. The role involves collaborating globally with the Education team, supporting internal enablement for Amplitude team members, and partnering with customer-facing teams and regional services partners to ensure a seamless training experience.
