The Onboarding Specialist will serve as the main point of contact during onboarding, delivering premium-level customer service through various channels, understanding and anticipating customer needs, configuring account settings, ensuring successful data ingestion, managing the onboarding project end-to-end to meet deadlines, identifying and mitigating cancellation risks, and collaborating with various teams to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
