Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales, a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer), and an energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player. They should be adaptable with demonstrable experience in high velocity technology companies, possess experience using Salesforce, and have familiarity with open source technology, along with excellent communication skills in all channels (in person, online, in writing) and a command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC sales methodology.
The Commercial Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business across the West Coast Region of the US, identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with both new and existing customers, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data. They will cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, become an expert in managing their sales pipeline in Salesforce, manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests, and meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
