HR Technology Product Owner

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Specialist to serve as the Product Owner for key HR systems, including but not limited to Zendesk (HRSD), Greenhouse (ATS), and UKG/ADP Workforce Management (Time and Attendance). This role will oversee the effective management and optimization of these platforms to enhance people and talent operations while delivering exceptional employee experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for assigned HR systems.
  • Lead the development and deployment of implementations, enhancements, integrations, and updates.
  • Support the talent acquisition team through efficient ATS configuration and optimization.
  • Manage time and attendance systems to ensure accurate workforce management and compliance.
  • Analyze system usage and performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Deliver training and support to end-users, ensuring adoption and proficiency across platforms.
  • Act as a backup supporting the primary Human Resources Information System (HRIS) when needed.
  • Perform other duties and contribute to cross-functional projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Technology with general knowledge of various HR Tech platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions with urgency.
  • Strong experience with timekeeping/WFM required.
  • Experience with HR reporting and dashboards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with UKG and/or ADP Lyric is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

The hiring range for this position is $74,800 - $93,500 USD. Benefits include:
