Position Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be at the forefront of the Sales Team, engaging with prospective customers to understand their goals and educate them on our platform. You will play a crucial role in initiating the sales cycle by strategically outbounding, qualifying inbound leads, and setting up qualified discovery meetings. This position is integral to the success of our Sales organization and offers a significant opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company in a dynamic industry.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular outbound activities targeting key Web3 and Web2 prospects and inbound leads through various channels including Discord, Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Meet with key stakeholders to understand prospective customers' goals and assess if QuickNode can provide a solution.
  • Schedule and confirm new business discovery meetings after successfully qualifying leads using the BANT methodology.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to align on and execute prospecting strategies consistently.
  • Assist in creating tailored messaging for outbound campaigns.
  • Communicate platform feedback and feature requests to internal Product & Engineering teams.
  • Meet measurable activity targets on a consistent quarterly basis.
  • Utilize CRM and other tooling daily to ensure accurate documentation of leads, opportunities, and meetings.
  • Accurately forecast opportunity pipelines on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales prospecting role, preferably within software, infrastructure, or the Web3 space.
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge and passion for Web3/blockchain technology.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting measurable activity targets.
  • Experience effectively prospecting to key senior stakeholders.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and contributing to the growth of a fast-paced company.
  • Openness to feedback and willingness to provide constructive feedback to colleagues and leadership.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and collaboration tools such as Slack, Discord, Telegram, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.
  • Ability and willingness to navigate technical sales cycles and work cross-functionally to deliver complex solutions.
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • OTE Salary Range (US): $73,800 - $82,000 per year (Level P1). International ranges will be discussed during the hiring process.
