The Business Development Representative will develop new business through creative outbound prospecting, emailing, and events, contacting leads generated through marketing initiatives, and making cold-calls to map and penetrate accounts. They will also build authentic relationships with prospects, understand their motivations, and translate these findings into actionable learnings for the sales and marketing teams, contributing to sales and marketing teams, and ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded by consistently identifying new opportunities and optimizing outreach strategies.
