Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 1-2 years of outside sales experience. Experience negotiating with and selling to enterprise IT buyers in a quota-carrying sales role is required, as is demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and decision-making. Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM, Microsoft Office, and other CRM tools is necessary, along with familiarity with enterprise procurement processes and a track record of personal development in a demanding environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
The Commercial Account Executive will improve customer satisfaction and sales projection accuracy, collaborate with channel partners to generate revenue and promote solutions, and develop and lead a sales pipeline for strategic transactions. Responsibilities include prospecting, penetrating accounts, reaching decision-makers, closing business, defining and completing sales plans to meet quota, building value through proposals, and driving account strategies by coordinating team selling efforts with partners.
