Candidates must possess 8+ years of experience in complex sales, channel, and business development within enterprise software companies, with a focus on building and scaling channel programs. Proven experience in developing and executing channel strategies that drive growth in cybersecurity and SaaS is essential. Deep relationships with key National Partners (e.g., CDW, SHI, Insight, GuidePoint Security) and a track record of exceeding sales targets through channel partnerships are required. Experience in a high-growth or startup environment, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to develop and deliver impactful partner enablement strategies are necessary. Strong organizational skills, a self-starter mentality, high energy, accountability, and a results-oriented approach are also important. The ability to travel up to 50% is required.
The Channel Account Manager will own and drive revenue growth through strategic National Partners by developing joint business plans, setting sales targets, and executing go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with partner leadership, expanding the partner ecosystem by recruiting new partners, and leading joint selling efforts with partners. The role involves enabling partners through sales training and marketing programs, working cross-functionally with internal teams, and leveraging data to measure partner performance. Additionally, the Channel Account Manager will serve as an internal advocate for partners and champion 1Password's differentiation within the partner ecosystem.
