Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of diverse IT experience, including support, systems administration, SaaS operations, audit engagement, and program development. A demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships across all organizational levels is essential, along with deep hands-on knowledge of common enterprise SaaS tools, user lifecycle management, and integrations. Strong knowledge of IT concepts, workflows, risk management, and compliance frameworks, including the ability to build and maintain these systems, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technology Specialist II will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of internal IT systems, including support, endpoint management, directory services, cloud-based tooling, and device lifecycle management. This role involves owning the administration and optimization of SaaS ecosystems, managing user provisioning, license management, access control, vendor relations, and integration workflows. Key duties include understanding friction points and developing scalable solutions, reviewing and improving business-critical systems, leading IT projects, collaborating with Legal and Security teams on IT policies, and authoring detailed procedures and runbooks.
