Proven success in building greenfield accounts is essential, along with the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and understand IT financial structures.
The Account Executive will own a targeted list of enterprise accounts, developing account plans to secure net-new business and meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include building and managing a sales pipeline through prospecting and collaboration, identifying client pain points in IT operations, and translating them into Deel IT solutions. The role also involves partnering with other Account Executives and Customer Success Managers for cross-selling, and maintaining accurate Salesforce data for pipeline and forecast visibility.
