Requirements

Candidates should have experience in a customer-facing role deploying software on key accounts or initiatives. They must demonstrate the ability to run operational efforts and tactical meetings with minimal oversight and have proven experience onboarding multiple waves of facility deployments. Exceptional rapport-building skills with stakeholders at all levels and a drive for results with a 'whatever it takes' attitude are essential. Candidates should be able to travel up to 50% to customer locations and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Manager will deliver excellence in operational engagement and day-to-day management on key facility accounts. They will provide end-user support, training, and change management on software app deployments and maintain an in-person presence for both go-lives and ongoing support. The role includes providing updates and status reports to ensure real-time visibility and proper decision-making, along with play-by-play updates from the field to identify, escalate, and triage issues as they arise. Additionally, the manager will become Vector’s internal subject matter expert on the comprehensive operational needs of customers.
