Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Statistics, with a preference for 4+ years of experience in a Client Services role. They should be data-savvy, demonstrating an understanding of advertising and media trends, and comfortable with analytical skills.
The Client Success Manager will own and drive retention and growth for their book of business, serving as a trusted partner to customers by understanding their challenges and connecting product solutions. They will manage the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, working cross-functionally to advocate for a customer-first mindset, supporting AdOps by monitoring campaign metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue and improving customer health. Additionally, they will prepare for and lead Executive Business Reviews, train and onboard new clients, and mentor team members.
