The Client Success Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to B2B customers, driving retention, engagement, and satisfaction by communicating product value and responding to customer needs. Responsibilities include building strategic relationships, serving as the primary point of contact, understanding customer business processes and goals, and offering advice on platform optimization. The role involves creating and executing success plans, acting as a customer advocate, ensuring timely issue resolution by collaborating with internal teams, managing client KPIs, performing strategic data analysis, providing customer education, and coordinating with Account Managers on roadmaps and strategic planning.
