Responsibilities

The Customer Care Manager will lead the Americas-based Customer Care organization, ensuring exceptional customer support experiences aligned with GoFundMe's mission. They will oversee regional teams and leaders, drive daily operations, and make key judgment calls and strategic decisions. Responsibilities include co-owning performance metrics, conducting KPI assessments, improving workflows and processes, and acting as a regional escalation point for customer issues. The manager will also spearhead recruiting efforts, lead team meetings, and partner with the global head of Care to inform and execute the global strategy, representing the voice of the customer in cross-functional partnerships.
