Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in project management, strategy, or a related business field. Expertise with Microsoft Tools, demonstrated experience communicating with Executive Stakeholders, and hands-on technical or industry experience within technology, software development, or a related field are required. Strong management skills, the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, experience developing senior-level communication packages, proactive work ethic in ambiguous environments with autonomy, strong quantitative and analytical skills, a thorough understanding of corporate matrixed management structures, and proven success navigating cross-functional teams are also essential. A Master's degree, previous Chief of Staff experience, and experience in high-tech, software, or automotive industries are preferred qualifications.
The Chief of Staff will manage strategic and tactical business activities among senior executive staff, assist in executing work-related commitments, and support presentation development and briefing materials. Responsibilities include supporting senior executive staff within Software and Services, organizing business operations such as staff meetings and special assignments, driving efficient operating processes, developing and maintaining multi-year business strategies, and managing the portfolio/business planning process. The role involves summarizing project business cases, assessing the execution of business initiatives against the business plan, analyzing and reporting on key operating metrics, handling special assignments, developing and conducting presentations, identifying and implementing process improvements, and running cross-functional projects while solving problems and anticipating future needs.
