Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in strategic operations, program management, or management consulting, with a strong preference for experience at an established consulting firm. Experience in healthcare, digital health, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred, along with an understanding of clinical operations and regulatory environments. Exceptional analytical and business development skills, a proven ability to structure complex problems, develop compelling business cases, and interpret operational data are required. A strong track record of leading successful strategic initiatives from conception through delivery, including experience with planning, risk management, and performance optimization, is necessary. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is a Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree (MBA, MPH) is preferred. Applicants must be based in the United States.
The Strategic Operations Lead will partner closely with the CMO to design and execute strategic projects that advance clinical strategy and business growth objectives. They will own the delivery of high-visibility, complex initiatives, ensuring exceptional quality output and on-time delivery. The role involves developing strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps through rigorous analysis, translating insights into actionable business plans, and developing presentations to communicate objectives and recommendations to leadership. Additionally, the Lead will design and monitor KPI frameworks, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
