Requirements

The Head of Operations should possess 10+ years of operational leadership experience, ideally including a role as a COO or Head of Ops at a startup. They must demonstrate strong People Management skills, including servant leadership, and experience designing hiring strategies and organizational structure across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

As the Head of Operations, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEO, helping prioritize and execute across initiatives, and build out sales & biz ops functions and infrastructure to support the sales team's growth.
