We’re building a top-tier Strategy & Business Operations team to oversee the core of our business and drive key projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend consulting experience with operational responsibilities in a fast-growing tech company. You’ll be involved in strategy development, project management, data analysis, user research, product development, growth marketing, and venture finance.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing to understand which acquisition channels have the highest ROI and research new channels.
  • Develop the conceptual framework for matching clients with the best law firm in our network.
  • Work with the data science team to implement the matching framework.
  • Interview partner law firms to prioritize features for product development.
  • Partner with Design and Product to craft roadmaps and wireframes for product launches.
