Seven Starling is revolutionizing women's behavioral health through our clinically-validated virtual care platform. As a venture-backed, rapidly scaling startup at the forefront of maternal healthcare innovation, we've developed a groundbreaking clinical model that combines specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management to effectively treat perinatal mood disorders. Our approach delivers exceptional results—88% of patients experience clinically significant symptom improvement. We've established strategic partnerships with leading health plans including UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna, plus a growing network of OBGYN clinics nationwide, positioning us for accelerated growth in the $50B+ women's behavioral health market.
We're hiring for a Chief of Staff — a career-defining role for an ambitious, strategic individual seeking significant executive-level exposure and the chance to drive measurable impact in women's health. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will function as the CEO's right hand, with visibility into all aspects of company operations, strategic decision-making, investor relations, and board meetings. This role is ideally suited to a candidate with top-tier consulting and/or highly relevant startup experience who is looking to translate their strategic toolkit into tangible business results, or for future entrepreneurs seeking firsthand experience in scaling a venture-backed healthcare company.
This is designed as a 2-year strategic leadership development role with clear progression opportunities. Successful candidates will be positioned to grow into senior leadership roles such as Head of Strategy, Head of Strategic Partnerships, or ownership of new business verticals as Seven Starling scales. You'll gain invaluable experience working directly with our executive team, investors, and board members.
Membership service for pregnancy and parenting support
Seven Starling offers a membership service that supports individuals during pregnancy and early parenthood. The company focuses on maternal and child health, providing personalized care and community support to expectant and new parents. Their service is based on a group care model, where members are organized into small groups of seven, each guided by a Doula and a team of medical professionals, including OB-GYNs and pediatricians. This setup allows parents to receive expert advice, share experiences, and foster a supportive community. Members pay a monthly fee of $37, which includes bi-weekly sessions with a Doula, ongoing support through group chats, and access to educational resources. Seven Starling differentiates itself from traditional care models by offering a more intimate and supportive experience, making it both cost-effective and emotionally beneficial. The company's goal is to enhance maternal and child healthcare by combining expert guidance with community support.
