Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in building and maintaining relationships with tech partners, human capital management partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space, including territory sales and business development. A proven track record in a quota-driven sales environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and tech-savviness with Salesforce experience are required. The role also requires the ability to travel in the field 3 days a week and be located in Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, or Nassau County.
The Partner Account Manager will develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with various partners in the SMB space, creating strategic referral networks focused on lead generation. They will proactively identify and resolve issues by working cross-functionally with internal teams and collaborate with Partner Marketing to execute initiatives that promote partner sales. Additionally, the role involves working with partners to establish business goals and performance metrics to develop effective go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities.
