Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate end-to-end strategic planning processes, including long-range planning, annual planning, quarterly OKRs and cross-functional goal alignment.
  • Drive operational excellence and best practices in the goal setting process to ensure cross-functional alignment and that teams are accountable to top priorities.
  • Partner closely with the executive team and senior cross-functional leaders to identify and remove roadblocks that inhibit execution of key goals and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain company-wide goal tracking and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and evolve planning frameworks and templates to scale alongside the company in rapid growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6-10+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth tech companies.
  • Background: Strategy, strategic planning, business operations, or management consulting.
  • Skills:
    • Operationally excellent, able to manage a large volume of moving pieces without breaking a sweat.
    • Collaborative, proactively partnering across teams while holding them accountable.
