They should demonstrate operational excellence, the ability to manage a large volume of moving pieces, and be a proactive collaborator who partners across teams.
As Strategic Planning Manager, the individual will design and facilitate end-to-end strategic planning processes, including long-range planning, annual planning, and quarterly OKRs, while driving operational excellence and best practices in the goal setting process. They will partner closely with the executive team to identify and remove roadblocks, develop and maintain company-wide goal tracking and reporting frameworks, and manage and evolve planning frameworks to scale with the company’s growth.
