The Director of Business Technology should have experience leading business technology strategy and optimizing revenue operations. They must be skilled in standardizing data and systems, particularly Salesforce, Gainsight, NetSuite, and Tableau, and have experience enhancing reporting and influencing business decisions with data-driven recommendations. Experience supporting annual planning, including capacity planning, territory design, incentive compensation, quota setting, and sales targeting, is also required, along with expertise in managing sales tools and project management for sales operations initiatives.
The Director of Business Technology will define and execute the long-term vision for business technology, optimize revenue operations by tracking sales funnel and operational metrics, and partner with leaders in Sales, CX, Marketing, and Finance to align technology initiatives with business goals. This role involves mentoring the Business Technology team, standardizing the RevOps ecosystem, developing reporting frameworks for actionable insights, providing data-driven recommendations to influence business decisions, boosting sales team productivity by streamlining processes, supporting annual planning cycles, and overseeing the administration of sales tools and project management for sales operations initiatives.
