Seesaw’s Director of Business Technology will collaborate closely with Executive Leadership, Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Finance teams. As a central figure in Seesaw's operations, you will drive the vision, execution, and strategic alignment of key business technologies like Salesforce that propel our entire organization forward.
We are looking for a strategic, high-impact Director of Business Technology to help scale Seesaw's business. This role will oversee end-to-end revenue processes, KPI reporting, and key operational functions that enhance customer experience and fuel growth. As both a people leader and a thought leader within the Business Technology team, you will take ownership of how technology supports and integrates with business strategy, working cross-functionally to drive results, improve business processes, and maximize the value of technology investments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands both the business context and the technical infrastructure needed to drive impactful change across the organization.

Seesaw is an interactive learning platform designed for PreK-5 students, offering tools like drawing, video, and voice recording to capture their learning experiences. It enhances family engagement through messaging features and aligns with core curricula, providing ready-to-assign lessons that integrate with popular Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS). Seesaw's freemium model allows schools to access basic features for free while offering advanced functionalities through paid subscriptions. The company's goal is to improve student learning outcomes and foster strong connections between home and school.
