Your Team

Seesaw’s Director of Business Technology will collaborate closely with Executive Leadership, Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Finance teams. As a central figure in Seesaw's operations, you will drive the vision, execution, and strategic alignment of key business technologies like Salesforce that propel our entire organization forward.

Your Role

We are looking for a strategic, high-impact Director of Business Technology to help scale Seesaw's business. This role will oversee end-to-end revenue processes, KPI reporting, and key operational functions that enhance customer experience and fuel growth. As both a people leader and a thought leader within the Business Technology team, you will take ownership of how technology supports and integrates with business strategy, working cross-functionally to drive results, improve business processes, and maximize the value of technology investments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands both the business context and the technical infrastructure needed to drive impactful change across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Technology Strategy: Define and execute the long-term vision for business technology at Seesaw. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, set clear priorities, and ensure accountability for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Optimize Revenue Operations (RevOps): Oversee and optimize RevOps processes, including sales funnel tracking and operational metrics. Deliver actionable insights, recommend improvements to enhance conversion, and boost overall efficiency.
  • Drive Strategic Partnerships: Partner with leaders across Sales, CX, Marketing, and Finance to align technology initiatives with business goals. Translate business requirements into a clear technology roadmap, ensuring transparency and clear communication across regular progress updates.
  • Develop Your Team: Mentor and grow the Business Technology team, protecting their focus and aligning their strengths with Seesaw’s business objectives.
  • Standardize Data & Systems: Lead the standardization of Seesaw’s RevOps ecosystem (Salesforce, Gainsight, NetSuite, Tableau), ensuring data integrity, seamless integration, and reliable reporting. Support data migration and system integration for future acquisitions.
  • Enhance Reporting & Insights: Develop and standardize reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights for all key business teams. Deliver impactful reporting through daily updates, monthly materials, and quarterly board presentations, using data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Influence Business Decisions: Provide data-driven recommendations that influence key business decisions and drive outcomes based on performance metrics, forecasts, and strategic objectives.
  • Boost Sales Productivity: Optimize sales team productivity by streamlining processes, eliminating friction points, and accelerating the speed and velocity of deals, including new business and renewals.
  • Support Annual Planning: Contribute to the annual planning cycle, including capacity planning, territory design, incentive compensation, quota setting, and sales targeting.
  • Oversee Tool Administration: Manage the administration of sales tools and ensure effective project management for all sales operations initiatives.
