The Strategic Initiative Program Manager will lead, manage, and oversee strategic initiatives and critical projects from inception to completion. This includes developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project status and outcomes, ensuring strong financial discipline and budget management, and building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels are key responsibilities. Additionally, the manager will influence and guide teams through transformation and change management processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
