Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience implementing customer campaigns and strategies with deep knowledge of search and auction-based environments, measurement methodologies, and ad buying platforms (Search ads Criteo, DSPs Amazon, DV360, Trade Desk)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in campaign management and platform expertise
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in training and supporting cross-functional teams
  • Good understanding of Ad technology and auction-based environments (Google / Adobe Analytics) and media buying platforms (ex. Google, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Proven ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations, POV statements, strategic and operational recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Great understanding of the Canadian Media landscape
  • Experience with Retail media online experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee campaign planning, coordination, execution, and optimization across various media channels to drive performance and revenue
  • Drive the adoption and onboarding of advertisers to the Walmart Ads platform, including providing setup and best practices for successful campaign execution
  • Monitor goals and key performance indicators for a portfolio of accounts to ensure on-schedule and full delivery of campaigns
  • Proactively share optimization strategies for campaigns, propose media strategies, and track campaign stability
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Access and analyze data to pull relevant campaign results, supporting Account Management with insights to inform gaps and revenue growth opportunities
  • Host status calls with account teams, deliver performance and pacing strategies, and escalate potential risks with resolutions
  • Generate reports to support strategic recommendations and continuously identify operational efficiencies
  • Partner with Sales and Account Managers to build and grow client relationships, attending client meetings as needed
  • Develop and support the Campaign/Event Planning process, ensuring it is on time, accurate, and compliant with business rules
  • Train cross-functional team members on campaign processes to maintain compliance and accuracy
