Responsibilities

  • Drive integrated campaigns for Tier 3 activations like field events, webinars, and content launches to life in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Own campaign operations and vendor coordination across all segments, including campaign logistics, swag orders, catering, and other third-party vendor relationships
  • Support the email nurture strategy across segments by aligning messaging, workflows, and audience handoffs between marketing and sales to optimize engagement and conversion
  • Create and distribute enablement materials in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure teams have the resources needed to engage prospects effectively
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate reporting, account segmentation, and visibility into campaign performance, maintaining clean data and improving campaign efficiency
  • Oversee project management across internal stakeholders and external partners to keep campaign deliverables on track and meet timelines
  • Maintain campaign documentation and assets to ensure visibility, consistency, and ongoing optimization across campaigns
