Requirements

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community management, preferably within a CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brand. Experience developing content from filming to editing using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut is required, along with knowledge of social media analytics tools and a proven track record of growing and engaging audiences. A portfolio or examples of past social campaigns, strong understanding of social platforms and their best practices, excellent copywriting and content creation skills, and the ability to balance creativity with data-driven thinking are also necessary. Passion for wellness, social media trends, and storytelling is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and publishing high-quality content to educate, entertain, and grow the audience across primary channels, primarily focusing on organic Instagram presence. This includes building and maintaining a 30-day organic content calendar, collaborating with the internal team on TikTok content planning, and managing organic YouTube strategy by producing and repurposing content. The role involves creating 3-4 Instagram posts per week initially, scaling to 1 post per day, and developing content across various key buckets like prospective customers, current customers, and aspirational customers. Responsibilities also include proactively commenting and engaging on other relevant accounts to amplify brand presence and voice, ensuring content is published on schedule with consistent quality, driving account growth, and delivering engagement results that meet or exceed top historical performance.
