Candidates must have chargeback or disputes experience and proven results in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Operations. They should be self-motivated, efficient, independent, possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and have advanced Google Suite/MS Office skills. The ideal candidate is a phenomenal teammate with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across multiple offices and time zones in a diverse setting, and is flexible to function in a constantly changing, demanding environment.
The Payment Operations agent will support billing and/or payment processes for buyer and seller transactions, including defending chargebacks, reconciling payments, and issuing disbursements. They will analyze complex payment or billing issues, solve problems, and identify and mitigate risks. The role involves answering queries from other eBay groups, capturing and analyzing Payment Disputes data to identify new opportunities, and ensuring all tasks are executed in compliance with policies and regulations.
