Requirements

Candidates should have at least 6 months of financial or analytical experience and 6 months of experience with Microsoft Excel. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Math, or Economics is preferred, or equivalent work experience. Experience in a fast-paced environment, contract administration, financial analysis, data mining, cash reconciliations, PBM or pharmaceutical manufacturer experience, and contract interpretation are beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Financial Operations Analyst will perform rebate reconciliation activities, payment analysis, dispute resolution, and reserve analysis. This includes reviewing contract terms, tracking payments from pharmaceutical manufacturers, identifying and requesting late fees, manipulating and analyzing payment data, reconciling payment data with invoiced amounts, analyzing and researching variances, communicating with pharmaceutical manufacturers regarding disputes, updating dispute tracking files, performing reserve analysis, and responding to inquiries about open balances.
