Requirements

The role requires directing the delivery of investigator payments through oversight of Site Payment Project Managers and end-to-end site payment activities. The position involves resolving moderate to complex internal and external payment escalations and working effectively across PPD functions to ensure timely and accurate payments. The role may involve full assignment to specific priorities such as strategic partners, site networks, or Therapeutic Units, depending on department priorities. Collaboration with other departments like Project Delivery and Clinical, and liaising with DevOps and BPLs as needed, is also a requirement.
