Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Run a full-cycle sales motion - from cold outreach to signed sale agreements
  • Engage business owners through outbound channels (email, phone, LinkedIn) to build relationships and drive interest
  • Educate owners on Baton’s valuation and sales process, helping them understand how we support their goals
  • Conduct valuation review calls and guide owners through the contract decision
  • Track and manage your outreach, pipeline, and conversions in our CRM (Outreach + Attio)
  • Partner with teammates across sales and marketing to iterate on messaging and improve conversion
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets across valuation calls, contracts signed, and revenue generated
