The Business Development Representative will prospect, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities by contacting potential customers via phone and email to introduce the Granicus platform. They will identify key buying influencers, follow up on inbound leads and outbound prospects, and build relationships to move opportunities through the sales funnel. This role involves collaborating with account executives on territory plans, growing the sales pipeline to meet revenue goals, and utilizing Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and manage data.
