The Account Manager will be responsible for the expansion and retention of a subset of Vanta's customers by developing and maintaining strong relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for post-sale commercial conversations, including upsells and renewals. They will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer business needs and aligning Vanta's solutions to help mature customer compliance and security programs. This includes managing the sales cycle for expansion or renewal opportunities, accurately forecasting, and maintaining Salesforce data. The role involves collaborating with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and other departments to identify new opportunities and ensure customer goals align with Vanta's solutions.
