Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a sales role, with startup or tech experience being a bonus. A strong record of success in a fast-paced environment, confidence in cold calling, and the ability to have meaningful conversations are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization and time management, a solid customer focus, and the ability to influence others are also required. A growth mindset and hunter mentality are necessary, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, video, and LinkedIn. They will position PartnerStack's value proposition to capture prospect interest, research and identify high-potential clients, and manage the early sales cycle from outreach to qualification. This role involves collaborating with Marketing and Operations on outbound campaigns, consistently achieving activity and quota targets, and maintaining accurate pipeline and reporting in Salesforce.
