Requirements

Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and driving business growth through effective sales strategies, converting leads to opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of accounts, logging customer activity and communications comprehensively within the CRM system, submitting monthly forecast reports, prospecting within the assigned territory to develop and sustain a robust pipeline, developing and managing territory business plans, guiding prospects through the sales cycle to contract and close, supporting customers through onboarding and implementation phases, and maintaining the ongoing relationship for retention, upsell/cross sell, and strategic relationship management.
