Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or corporate sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment, with a proven track record of managing global accounts and closing multi-million-dollar deals. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are required, along with experience in complex, global sales environments and proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is necessary, and an MBA is a plus. Experience in software sales, engineering solutions, or PCB design-related industries and familiarity with SaaS subscription models and enterprise licensing agreements are advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Global Corporate Accounts Manager will manage and grow relationships with Altium’s largest global corporate accounts, focusing on driving revenue growth, improving customer retention, and identifying new opportunities within high-value enterprise clients. This includes developing and executing account strategies, building strong relationships with key decision-makers across multiple regions, and acting as the primary point of contact to ensure high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also involve identifying expansion opportunities, leading negotiations and contract renewals, working with internal teams to tailor solutions, forecasting revenue, tracking KPIs, coordinating with regional sales teams, acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless communication, driving process improvements, and collaborating with Finance and Legal teams on agreements. Additionally, the role involves providing customer insights to Product and Marketing teams.
