A team player attitude with a preference for minimal direction is also required.
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training a high-producing sales team. They will manage Account Executives to meet monthly production minimums, assist with recruitment, and provide accurate reporting. Responsibilities also include prospecting and closing new merchant accounts, marketing additional Xplor Pay products, and demonstrating expertise in the company's programs and selling system. Leaders are expected to attract, develop, inspire, and retain a high-performing team, invest in their development, collaborate on projects, delegate tasks, set performance goals, and monitor progress.
