Requirements

Responsibilities

The Associate Director, GTM Strategy & Operations will lead and manage operational initiatives for Deel’s global expansion efforts, ensuring seamless scaling of Deel’s services into new markets. They will develop and implement scalable processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market-specific operational needs, oversee client onboarding, manage resources and timelines, and drive continuous improvement of operational workflows. The role also requires providing strategic insights to senior leadership on expansion progress and risks, as well as establishing KPIs and tracking operational performance.
