Reporting to the Director Engineering, we’re looking for a growth-minded Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team, scale our technology, and shape how we grow engagement across all channels.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience building and scaling consumer-facing products.
  • Technologist: Understanding of how to connect technical decisions to growth metrics.
  • Technical Background: Hands-on engineering experience and knowledge of great code and architecture.
  • Collaborative: Ability to succeed when working with Product, Design, and Data Science.
  • Innovator: Ability to bring clarity to complex challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial & Impact-Driven: Excitement about leading meaningful change in healthcare.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements
