  • Successful track record of 5+ years delivering new business targets in a tech/consulting environment
  • Strong network of senior contacts within grocery retailers and CPGs (preferred)
  • Ability to build great relationships with new client stakeholders, establishing trust and becoming a true partner
  • Consultative approach to selling, identifying needs and selling customer-first solutions
  • Great collaboration with colleagues

Responsibilities

  • Leverage strong network to trigger new business opportunities and win sales, pitching customer-first solutions for grocery retailers (customer loyalty, customer engagement, category management, price and promotions, data and media monetization)
  • Manage the new business cycle: prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, stakeholder mapping, pitching, and negotiation
  • Once contracts are won, roll out the optimum operating model to get client engagement up and running to execute plans
  • Work with a range of stakeholders, including product specialists, finance, legal, and senior members within client organizations
  • Develop new engagements with grocery retailers, CPGs, and other prospects across the region to deliver dunnhumby's growth strategy
