Position: Lead Solutions Consultant

As a Lead Solutions Consultant, you will utilize your professional experience, business acumen, and technical expertise to guide prospective customers through their Airtable evaluation and expansion. You will collaborate across business lines to lead technical evaluations and persuade decision-makers to adopt Airtable for critical operational workflow management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Pre Sales teams to identify, qualify, and drive revenue opportunities in Enterprise accounts (net new and existing).
  • Build meaningful relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to prospect and customer technical teams.
  • Own the technical evaluation process, showcasing customer-centric value tailored to unique customer requirements, workflows, and business processes.
  • Translate Airtable's value proposition into the customer's language.
  • Manage multiple sales cycles concurrently, proactively communicating with stakeholders and prioritizing effectively.
  • Consult with credibility, offering a well-rounded perspective with hands-on cross-functional experience (e.g., marketing, program/project management, consulting, operations).
  • Provide feedback to the product team, influencing the product roadmap with market potential insights.
  • Represent Airtable professionally in all engagements.

Requirements

  • Experienced customer-centric professional with a strong balance of business acumen, technical knowledge, and communication skills.
  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS Pre Sales.
  • 10+ years of industry experience.
  • Proven experience managing sales cycles and owning technical evaluations.
  • Working knowledge of Marketing, Product Operations, Retail Management, and other Business Units.
  • Understanding of business operations, with the ability to make assumptions about value drivers for various personas and industries.
  • Knowledge of best practices for structuring data in relational databases and database architecture.
  • Passion for creating unique solutions for complex business problems.
  • Adaptable and compelling communicator and presenter, skilled in matching audience language and storytelling.
  • Eager to learn, with a strong aptitude for research, analysis, and emerging trends.
  • Technically savvy, with a deep understanding of enterprise integration methodologies, best practices, and API architecture.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code application development throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of complementary technologies and products, including data warehousing and AI systems.
